The sand cores are individually manufactured using HOT box (Croning) technology They are used on machines of different sizes for the production of sand cores of different weights and sizes with complex geometries: KMAG40, KMAG60, KMAG80

We cast the parts by hand according to the set parameters

Sand core removal / sand core firing / sawing / manual and machine grinding / shot peening

Our machine park consists of: 9 50 mm machining centres (in different sizes), 9 30 mm machining centres (in different sizes), 3 CNC lathes During the measurements we use 3D coordinate measuring machines of the Wenzel type and check the quality of the products we manufacture with continuously calibrated measuring devices, roughness meters and contour machines. We use the GOM Triple Sec 3D measuring system to fully scan products, tools and devices in 3D.
